Mike came over and listened to everything I had to say and seems to understand the older plumbing that is in 100 year old houses. Mike is a great guy. Bills has been our go to sewer professional in my childhood home. So when I bought my first house, naturally I called Bills when my line backed up. Not only did Mike get there promptly, he knew more about my sewer lines than I did. Come to find out he had been servicing my home from the previous owner for years. He knew where the cleanout was and how my sewage ran. I write this review now as I’m waiting for Bills to open as my line has succumbed to roots/sand again and is backing up. There was a point where that’d cause anxiety, but Mike makes such a daunting task to me seem effortless. His years of experience shows. As a homeowner I couldn’t get by without service professionals like Mike. Truly a 5 star service.
